General terms
Our charges are valid all year long, we have no seasonal charges. Water, gas and electricity are included in the weekly charge.
The extra Charge for final spring-cleaning is 30 € for apartment.
Sheets, towels and cutlery must be provided by the client. For motorcyclists we can see to the laundry at a charge of 5 € for person.
The number of persons in each apartment may not exceed the numer stated at the time of reservation.
Check-in: from 11.00 to 14.00 Check-out: until 9.30
Deposit
Within three days of making a booking a bank transfer must be effected as confirmation, plus a copy of the receipt of such payment sent via fax or e-mail.
Refund
If the booking is cancelled 45 days before the date of arrival a refund will be made of 20% of the stipulated price less bank charges.
If the cancellation arrives after the 45th day before the date of arrival the sum paid with be witheld as compensation for lost earnings.
The house is let presonally by the proprietor, sig. Mario Sieni, Via XX Luglio 18c, 50020 Panzano in Chianti.

How to book:
By e-mail or fax indicating the number and expiry date of your credit card by bank or postal transfer of a sum equal to one night's stay.
In the event of cancellation the price of one night's stay will be retained.
